Spencer Turpin
Spencer has been a licensed mortgage broker in BC since 2004 and has been involved in financing over 500 million dollars in both institutional and private mortgages. Previously acting as General Manager with one of British Columbia’s larger private mortgage investment corporations, Spencer is very experienced in borrower and investor relations in addition to complex underwriting, compliance and software systems management. If he is not working on something mortgage related, you will find him playing his guitar or spending time with his wife and daughter.

Jim Stewart
Jim is a retired real estate lawyer who had his own practice for 25 years. After retiring from law, he worked full-time managing his own winery business, with products under the names Bench 1775, Paradise Ranch and Whistler Wines. Since the sale of his winery business, Jim has become more actively involved in commercial real estate and has been an active partner and investor since the inception of Pursuit Capital Corp. Jim has owned real estate in the USA, Mexico and continues to grow his portfolio in Canada. Jim greatly appreciates being gifted very expensive wines.
